Black Garlic Caper Mayo

Prep: peel 6 cloves of black garlic and 3 cloves of regular ol’ garlic. In a blender add the garlic, one egg yolk, a tablespoon of capers, teaspoon of blond miso, one metric mini squeeze of regular yellow mustard, a splash of sherry vinegar, a splash of ponzu (I'm using @singlethreadfarms cause it’s fire), 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/4 cup ice, one metric Pat of MSG. Cover and blend on high. Once incorporated, start feeding in olive oil (or whatever oil works with what you wanna use it for). Stream in about 1 cup or until the mixture has thickened. Check for seasoning, then reserve until needed!
