Everyday Berry Citrus Yerba Mate Tea

1. Fill a pot with water and add blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. 2. Squeeze the berries with your hands instead of blending to avoid seed flavor. Bring the mixture to a simmer for a few minutes until it takes on color. 3. Add in lime, lemon, and orange peel slices (score them first), fresh mint, and any sort of caffeinated tea (such as Yerba Mate). 4. Add the resulting lime, lemon, and orange juice. Give it a solid stir and cover it for 15 minutes. 5. Drink it in the morning.
