Hangover Cure Pastries with Salsa Macha and Herb Salad

On parchment paper, layer sliced green onions, salsa macha, mozzarella, and additional mozzarella (interpreted from 'more matcha'), salt, and pepper. Adorn with a puff pastry ring wide enough to cover. Brush the tops with a light coating of egg wash made from egg yolks and milk. Bake at 360°F convection or 375°F in a regular oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool until easy to handle. In a mixing bowl, add some torn cilantro, mint, green onion, and dill. Season this salad mixture with lime juice, salt, and pepper, then reserve. Flip the little pastries to reveal their cheesy crusty side and fill with the prepared herb salad.
